Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies

180g Crunchy almond butter

1tsp Vanilla extract

1 tbsp Honey

1 pinch of salt

50g Dark chocolate

1 dl Almond flour

1 large egg

Makes about 8-12 cookies. Depending on how big you want them.

Turn on the oven on to 175 degrees Celsius.

Chop the chocolate into chunky bites. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. You should have a firm dough that you can make balls out of. Roll bites of the dough into balls and add them to an oven plate covered with parchment paper. Take a fork or spoon to press them into cookies. Put them in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. Let cool a bit enjoying them.
