Chia pudding
1.5 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Vanilla powder
250 ml Coconut cream
Mix and let soak over night or a few hours.
Makes about 3 servings
0.5-1dl Chia pudding
3 tbsp Almond butter or your favorite nut butter (1 tbsp per serving)
60g 90% Dark chocolate
Add the chia pudding to a serving bowl. Spread out the almond butter over the pudding. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the almond butter. Sprinkle grated coconut over the chocolate and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Take out about 15-30 minutes before serving (depending on how warm it is outside ☀️). Enjoy!
