1 cup blue berries
1 cup sliced strawberries
350g coconut yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chia seeds
Some melted dark chocolate
Mix the coconut yogurt and vanilla extract. Slice the strawberries. Mix everything together and spread it out on a plate covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle some chia seeds if you’d like and put it in the freezer for a few hours. Take it out from the freezer and drizzle over the melted chocolate if you like. Perfect for a hot summer day!
