160g Almonds
2 tbsp Mango powder 🥭
0.5 tbsp Lucuma powder
1 tbsp Water
Peel the almonds by boiling them in hot water for a few minutes. Quickly pop the almonds out of their skin.
Mix all the ingredients and make sure the powder stick to the almonds. Spread it out on a oven plate lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180 Celsius degrees for 15-20 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes.
Let them cool. Enjoy!
