1 cup of your favorite kombucha (We used our homemade kombucha with pineapple and passion fruit flavor).
¼ cup hot water (not boiling, warm enough to dissolve the gelatin)
¼ cup of gelatin
Coconut oil to grease your mold/dish
Prepare a silicone mold or ice cube tray
Quickly whisk ¼ cup of the kombucha and ¼ of gelatin together.
Whisk in the ¼ cup of hot water.
When that is smooth, mix in the remaining kombucha until smooth.
Swiftly pour into your dish or molds and chill until solid.
This will last about 10 days when kept refrigerated in an air tight container or in the freezer up to a month.
