Sweet potato tomato toast​​​​​​​​

Sweet potato ​​​​​​​​
4 tomatoes​​​​​​​​
1 pot Basil​​​​​​​​
1-2 garlic ​​​​​​​​
1 pinch Salt ​​​​​​​​
1 pinch Black pepper ​​​​​​​​
1-2 tbsp Olive oil ​​​​​​​​
1 tsp White wine vinegar​​​​​​​​

Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm cubes. Chop the basil and grate the garlic. Mix the tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. ​​​​​​​​
Slice the sweet potato in 1cm thick slices. Roast in the toaster at medium heat 4 times​​​​​​​​
Add the tomato mix at the top of the slices and roasted sweet potato. Enjoy! ​​​​​​​​
