Tropical Coconut Tops ​​​​​​​​

200g shredded coconut ​​​​​​​​
0.5 dl Mango powder + for sprinkling ​​​​​​​​
1 tbsp Ashwagandha powder ​​​​​​​​
1 tbsp Lucuma powder​​​​​​​​
1 tbsp Baobab powder ​​​​​​​​
2 eggs​​​​​​​​
50-100 g coconut oil ​​​​​​​​
Put the oven on to 175 degrees Celsius. Melt the coconut oil. Mix the dry ingredients while you let the coconut oil cook down. Add the eggs. Mix. Add the coconut oil and mix again. ​​​​​​​​
Click out the batter using two spoons and shape into 15 large tops on a sheet of parchment paper.​​​​​​​​
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes until they have a nice color.​​​​​​​​
