Payment
Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, and Klarna.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment to World of Fajers, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you have ordered in stock, we’ll notify you by email.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit/debit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All transactions on this site are processed usingKlarna, secure online payment gateway that encrypts your payment details in a secure host environment.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Klarna
Get first. Pay later.
These terms for invoice apply between you and this store when you buy goods and you have chosen to pay by invoice.
When you choose to pay by invoice, we offer you the opportunity to pay 14 days from the time we sent the goods. We transfer our demand for payment for your purchase to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment instruction where you must pay directly to Klarna. For contact information and further information about Klarna, go to klarna.se.
If you previously chosen to join the Monthly Invoice service, the invoice will instead be included in your monthly invoice.
Pay only after you have received your order
Klarna offers consumers Buyer protection, including that you as a consumer do not have to pay for your products before you have received them, and that Klarna assists you with problems related to your purchase.
Costs and fees
Klarna charge an invoice fee of SEK 0 per order. In the event of late payment, a reminder will be sent out to you where you will be required to pay a reminder fee. If you have shopped for less than SEK 60, SEK 29.00 will be added, and if you have shopped for SEK 60 or more, SEK 60.00 will be added in the reminder fee. A default interest of 24.00% plus the applicable reference interest will also be added. If no payment is made thereafter, the claim may be submitted for debt collection management where additional debt collection costs may be added.
Credit verification and personal data processing
When you choose to pay by invoice, Klarna does a credit check. If a credit report is taken, you will be notified of this and have a copy of the credit report sent by post or e-mail. Klarna processes your personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under this agreement and for the other purposes reported in our Data Protection Information. The data protection information can be found Klarna’s website, and by using Klarna’s services, you also confirm that you have read this data protection information. Together with Klarna, we process your personal data, among other things, to perform identification, customer analysis, credit testing, marketing and business development. We may also transfer your personal data to selected partners (such as credit rating agencies), which may be established in a state outside the EU / EEA. Credit check
When choosing a payment method, Klarna can perform a credit check, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. If Klarna decides that certain payment methods cannot be offered to you, you will either be offered another payment method or Klarna may decide not to offer you to use the Service.
Security
The service is used in the Klarna app. You are obliged to protect your Klarna app against unauthorized access by never revealing your login information or giving anyone else access to your Klarna app.
Returns and right of withdrawal regarding your purchase
If the right of withdrawal applies to the store’s product or service, you must notify the store if you want to exercise the right of withdrawal. In that situation, the store’s conditions apply.
Once a return has been approved by the store, the store will usually refund to Klarna. If you have already paid to us, we will refund the corresponding amount to you as soon as we have received the refund from the store. If you have not yet paid to us, we will reduce your corresponding debt to us as soon as we receive the refund from the store. If you have received the payment directly from the store, you are obliged to compensate Klarna.
