Our deliveries are handled by DHL Express. It’s easy, fast and secure to ship with DHL Express.
DHL Express offer several convenient and flexible delivery options for your shipment. During shipping you will receive regular updates of the delivery status by text/email including a link to the DHL On Demand Delivery portal where you simply select your prefered delivery option.
All our shipments with DHL Express are climate neutral. By using DHL GOGREENwe invest in climate protection projects in various regions across the globe, supporting a mix of projects in the categories of “energy efficiency”, “renewable energy” and “reforestation/afforestation”. We insist on high standards and the selected climate protection projects are based on their value for both the environment and the local communities. Environmental protection is high on DHL:s agenda with an ambitious environmental target of zero emissions by 2050.
Place your order before 10:00am on working days and your order will be shipped the same day with DHL Express On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service. Your package will be delivered to a DHL service point. You will be notified by email and/or SMS when your package is ready to be picked up. Make sure to include your phone number when you make your purchase. The delivery time is normally 1-3 working days but might change due to holidays and weekends.
To pick up your package you will need your ID and a tracking number. All packages will be at the service point for 14 days before it will be returned to us. Note that we will charge you an additional shipping, return, and administrative fee of €40 if your package is returned to us.
International delivery with DHL Express
Place your order before 10:00am on working days and your order will be shipped the same day with DHL Express On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL Express and your order confirmation from us.
The delivery time is normally 1-3 working days but depends on country.
DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. Should this not fit with your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when you want delivery to take place.
DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY offers flexible delivery options.
Note that we will charge you an additional shipping, return, and administrative fee of €40 if your package is returned to us.
Returns And Exchanges
If you wish to return an item, you have to fill out a Return Authorization Form (RAF). Click the button below to access this form. If you have any questions send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This needs to be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. World of Fajers apply the Swedish law, Distanshandellagen, this means that you have 14 days to request the RAF and return your purchase.
Returning Your Purchase
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the RAF. The package has to be sent in a way so that we receive it at our distribution center. After receiving the goods, we will refund you using the refund information you provide on the RAF.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
Please note you can only exchange items based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately.
Items should be returned unused and with all World of Fajers and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. The customer will be invoiced for the shipping back to them.
All items returned should be sent with the RAF to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply fill out a RAF by clicking the link below. Add the comment “Faulty Goods” to the comment section. Send the faulty goods to us within 14 days from the day you received the waybill from us.
The Swedish law, Konsumentköplagen give us the possibility to repair your item 3 times before you receive your refund. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Final sale items purchased during our sale clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
