Your Opportunity:

As a Freelancing Agent, you will be at the forefront of our mission, responsible for managing and developing our business with yoga studios, department stores, and independent stores. Your main objective will be to actively drive sales and achieve budget targets by building a qualitative distribution network and nurturing close relationships with our business partners.

How You Will Contribute:

• Evaluate New Customers: Assess the positioning and suitability of new customers for launching new products/collections.
• Maintain Brand Integrity: Ensure product distribution aligns with our image/positioning/location and meets e-commerce and in-store merchandising standards.
• Research and Target: Identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
• Effective Visit Planning: Plan visits to achieve KPIs in frequency of visits, brand visibility, and sell-out per store.
• Brand Presentations: Conduct sell-in presentations of products and collections.
• In-Store Training: Train retailer’s sales staff on our brands, products, and marketing activities.
• Stock Management: Ensure adequate stock levels and support stock management processes.
• Trade Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize customer sell-out through marketing activities.
• Sell-Out Reports: Collect and analyze sell-out reports from customers.
• Order Management: Manage orders in cooperation with us.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure VM aligns with our distribution strategy, manage installation of POS marketing material, and plan window campaigns.
• Brand Presence: Optimize brand presence by negotiating for increased visibility.
• Customer Service: Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring smooth order and delivery processes.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships internally and externally.
• Finance Assistance: Support the finance department with invoice, debit, and credit note queries.
• Commercial Returns: Handle commercial returns requests in line with corporate policy.

Who You Are:

• Experience: Over 2 years in field sales roles with a proven record in fashion/accessories/lifestyle or high-end consumer goods. Experience in the yoga and holistic health sector is a plus.
• Traveler: Willing to travel.
• Driver: Full clean driving license.
• Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Sales-Driven: Ability to expand business and develop new opportunities.
• Confident: Skilled in dealing with customers and managing accounts.
• Negotiator: Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Pressure-Resistant: Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Organized: Excellent organizational skills and ability to improve sales processes.
