Frankincense, Rosewood, Vetiver, Bergamot, French Cypress, Ylang-Ylang, and Clary Sage have been merged to help you go from a busy bee to a focused powerhouse. The small ceramic disc carries the fragrance. That way you can bring it with you to your practice on the yoga mat.
